The name Tru Blu comes from the saying “true blue,” which means trustworthy and reliable.

We’ve got a proven track record of excellent communication and advice that’s tailored to each client’s unique situation and needs.

Each customer is super important to us, so we’ll always give you top-notch service. We’ll make sure the process is as easy as possible by keeping track of everything for you, guiding you along the way, and reminding you of important dates (like the deadline for your deal).

Jonny is incredibly compassionate and dedicated. If your circumstances aren’t ideal, you can rest assured that he’ll be there for you and will do his best to help you secure a mortgage for that dream home.

Joanne is incredibly organised and will always keep you in the loop. She’ll make sure to chase up any necessary information and report back to Jonny and you, so everyone is always on the same page.

For a firm of our size, we invest quite heavily in automations and A.I.​ This isn't just to make our lives easier (though to be honest, it does), it is also to ensure a better level of service for you!

We've got your back when comes to after sales service. We use a system that keeps tabs on your home's value, your outstanding balance and compares it to other available deals multiple times a month to make sure you're still getting the best rate. If it's worth paying early repayment charges to get out of your deal early, we'll give you the heads up. If not, we will be in touch when the deal ends to remind you to do something about it.

Our team may be small and although neither of us are new to the game, Tru Blu Financial is still at its humble beginnings. That being said, we are both very proud of the level of service we offer and that mainly boils down to quick turnaround times and solid communication.

Having been in the industry since 2014, Jonny has accrued a lot of experience in various sectors within the industry, including New Build, Buy-to-Let, Right-to-Buy and so on. He has also become a bit of a specialist in mortgages for those with impaired credit.

Joanne Pickbourn

​Joanne has been a Mortgage Administrator for several years now and she has worked with Jonny since 2017. There has never been a more efficient and dedicated person. Joanne is a credit to the firm.

Because we care, we need to tell you that...

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

 

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances.

 

The fee is up to 1%, but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed.
