Referrals
We try to be as much of a "one stop shop" as possible.
Need a surveyor? A solicitor? Maybe a pension adviser, or a will writer?
We will naturally recommend various services that we know you will need during the process, but if there is anything else you would like us to help with, just let us know and we will be happy to help

Specialist insurances
Do you have a property that is quirky or close to large trees? Or maybe it is a particularly high flood risk?
Unable to obtain life or critical illness cover with the normal providers due to previous medical history?
These are a couple of examples of situations where specialist insurance may come in to play.
Because we care, we need to tell you that...
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances.
The fee is up to 1%, but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed.
